Class Description

Print images on clay.  The first weeks of class will be spent in the Printmaking department to learn fundamental printmaking techniques such as relief, lithography and screenprint.  The following weeks will be spent in the ceramics area discovering how those processes work in the greenware stage.  We will use different clay slips, stains and glazes.  Expect a wide range of texture, pattern and color.  A materials list will be provided the first day of class.
