Class Description

Create an image that promotes, explains, contradicts, celebrates or confronts, and create an edition to share. We will experiment with printing on colored and textured papers, and applying various layers of ink through more than one screen. We will also examine masters in this field; from the Bauhaus and Polish traditions to the posters created during the Civil Rights Movement. Work with text, color and images. Students will need to provide their own inks and paper.
