LILLSTREET ART CENTER

Originally from Washington, D.C., Julian has lived and worked in Chicago for twenty years. He has BA art education from the University of Maryland, has studied figure drawing at the Corcoran School of Art and has an MFA in printmaking and drawing from Western Michigan University. Julian has taught studio art at all levels and has had a career in applied work as a draftsman and designer. He maintains a professional practice in drawing and printmaking and exhibits nationally and internationally. Julian is the director of One Horse Press and is the printmaking studio coordinator for the Evanston Art Center. His current teaching assignments include One Horse Press/Evanston Printmaking Department and Hummingbird Press at the Lill Street Art Center.
